Each project is customized to your goals and budget. We work exclusively on a project-fee basis, and offer up-front prices with clear deliverables for each of our services.
Training Tools
Our fees for consulting services are priced based on the deliverables we scope out at the proposal stage. We offer an up front, project based, all inclusive fee (plus travel expenses) for our consulting engagements. You know in advance what kind of investment you’re making. Typical consulting projects range from $10,000-40,000.
Our fees for training are calculated either on a per-attendee basis (with a minimum fee) or a design plus per-session fee basis. The exact fees depend on 1) how much discovery and development work is necessary, 2) whether any costly technology or tools are needed to deliver the training (i.e. online webinar technology), and 3) whether you’re interested in licensing the training to redeliver it yourself within your organization through a train-the-trainer model.
Our fees for our recruiting toolkits are priced as one-time, up-front fee plus ongoing monthly or annual hosting fees if we host your toolbox on our servers. The exact fees depend on how much new content is developed, how much existing content needs to be integrated, and how much internal technical support exists to support the build out and deployment.
