     Nice post.  The last part reminds me of a serious issue within the recruiting community.  Being &quot;skeptical of the value of integrating socialization into the recruiting process,&quot; shows a major lack of understanding as to what a recruiter does.  Our work requires we be social.  It requires that we take interest in our candidates and managers, their respective concerns and goals.  A recruiting organization that does not see itself as &quot;social&quot; is not a successful one.
