We also bring a real-world humility that comes out in the – often comical – stories we share to reinforce the learning objectives.

Got just a few recruiters or sourcers to train? Check out our Sourcing Lab Public Workshops We conduct focus group calls with your recruiting leaders, recruiters and/or sourcers before we design your training. This helps us to customize the content by learning more about the skill level of the recruiters who will attend and also learning to speak your “language” and understand your challenges for the key reqs your team sources against. It also helps your team get comfortable with us, our approach, and our expertise.
