He has been a recruiting practitioner and leader for a wide array of organizations in a variety of industries and sectors: from SMB/SME (Clearwire, Foundation 9 Entertainment, and Point.com) to Large Enterprise (AT&T, Expedia, T-Mobile, and Waste Management).
Paul has earned a reputation for being innovative, resourceful, committed to excellence, and for building high-performance teams. Through his leadership, the T-Mobile team developed and launched technology which made them one of the first in the world to give candidates search and apply capabilities from mobile devices. The T-Mobile team also earned back-to-back CandE Awards and was an ERE Recruiting Excellence Award finalist during Paul’s tenure for its candidate experience innovations.
