Our workshop facilitators are former corporate recruiting leaders who have built and deployed interview training in the real world environments of busy, cynical hiring managers, unique cultures - where fit matters - and big growth.

We know how to help companies - from retailers to bio-tech to technology leaders - define their hiring bar and philosophy, and then build a custom workshop that delivers just what their hiring teams need.

For larger companies, we typically train up the first 40-100 people, and then build and deliver a train-the-trainer program, so that your internal teams can deliver the training and scale up the rollout. Companies like PepsiCo, Yahoo!, Booking and Starbucks leverage their internal trainers or recruiting leaders to deliver the workshops now.

How long is the workshop?
It's typically 2 full days. 
Do you deliver this onsite or virtual? 
Both. We typically deliver these custom workshops onsite, at your offices. We've delivered these workshops around the world - Abu Dhabi, UAE to Nuremberg, Germany to San Francisco, California. We also deliver these workshops in smaller 2-hour modules over 6-8 weeks via our live webinar platform. Onsite is always more interactive, more engaging than the webinar style training, but we can do both.
How many recruiters can attend a workshop?
We need a minimum of 12 people/workshop and can handle up to 25. Occasionally, for large talent acquisition teams, we can do 50-100 with multiple trainers. That's what we've done for large recruiting teams at companies like and Starbucks.
Do you offer this training in a public workshop format? What if we have a really small team of 1-5 recruiters?
Sorry, we don't offer this training to the public. We only offer this as custom built, onsite training for teams of 12+ recruiters.
How much does the training cost?
